Fourth Annual Implementation Report of A Vision for Change
A Vision for Change is the Government's policy on mental health. This report recommends significant changes and improvements in mental health services. It describes a framework for building and fostering positive mental health across the entire community and for providing accessible, community-based, specialist services for people with mental illness. The Independent Monitoring Group has published the fourth Annual Report on the implementation of A Vision for Change.

Bloomsday Surfers Take To The Waves
Stand Up Paddle surfing (SUPing) is an emerging global sport with a Hawaiian background. A group of surfers staged an event in the sea off Sandycove in aid of Shine in order to support people with mental health problems.
FARMERS FEEL MENTAL HEALTH STIGMA

A significant 57% of Irish farmers surveyed would not want others to know if they had a mental health problem, and 42% of farmers would hide a diagnosis of a mental health problem from friends. 45% of farmers would not know what to do to help someone with mental health problems, and 27% would delay seeking help for fear of someone knowing about it.
